Good Road Ciderworks - Across the Pond
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.70%

For this slightly hazy, dry-hopped cider we travel across the Atlantic Ocean to Germany and use Hallertau Blanc hops. This hop imparts a wide range of flavors and aromas that blend well with the cider. Pineapple, grapefruit, lemongrass, peach and a slight grassiness mix with floral and spicy notes characteristic of German hops. Enjoy this trip “across the pond”!

Good Road Ciderworks - Blackberry Pitch
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.00%

Rising from the glass, an initial floral aroma is quickly followed by that of blackberries and apples. As you sip, a slight fruity sweetness starts and is soon balanced with blackberry tartness and earthiness that settles on the tongue. A wonderful mix of fruity sweetness and tartness that makes taste buds dance. Made in honor of our partners, The Charlotte Independence!

Good Road Ciderworks - Blue Byway 2.0
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.70%

While our initial blueberry cider was well received, some of you asked us to bump up the amount of blueberry --- being artisan cider makers we figured, why not? This version of our Blue Byway has 20% more blueberry and shines with a deep Rosé hue. An increased fruitiness of fresh blueberries dances on the tongue. The taste is like that of a blueberry cobbler being washed down with cider -- but without all the added sugar.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Cranberry Crossroads Style: Cider ABV: 6.50% A slightly hazy, semi-dry cross between cider apples and cranberries. An initial hit of apple fruitiness is followed by the delicious twang of tart cranberries. This is not your Mama’s cran-apple!

Good Road Ciderworks - Farmstand
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.90%

True bittersweet cider apples including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, and Rhode Island Greening were blended to create Farmstand. This Semi-Dry cider skirts the line between dry and semi-sweet. First you will be greeted by its golden hue and substantial legs as it swirls around the vessel. Next the aroma of subtle apple and tannic apple skin with a hint of smoky spice wafts towards you. Then the flavor, with apple, apricot and a little smoke present a complex yet pleasant drink. Finally the smooth, full bodied mouthfeel finishes dry from the deep tannins.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Foray Style: Cider ABV: 10.10% Foray is a dry cider in the historical New England sub-style. In addition to its complex apple flavor and aroma, there are influences from other added flavors. Some of these include a bit of brown sugar, a touch of wood from maple, raisin, and a slightly higher alcohol content. Though dry, the apple fruit prevents a harsh experience.

Good Road Ciderworks - Going Down.....Under
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.70%

A dry hopped cider using Nelson Sauvin hops. This hop variety is grown in New Zealand and displays fruitiness and cool climate white wine characteristics. In tandem with the cider, this combination lends a variety of aromas and flavors including: fresh gooseberries (apple, white grape, strawberry), tropical guava, grapefruit and tangerine fruitiness with some slight spiciness.

Good Road Ciderworks - Gold Rush
Style: Cider
ABV: 7.80%

Goldrush is an old favorite single varietal dry cider. In addition to its complex, crisp, apple flavor and aroma, there is a light, acidic bite that is refreshing. Next the carbonation adds a bit of spritely charm that carries the flavor and aroma through to a pleasantly fruity finish reminiscent of mellow apple skin with a slightly sweet juicy finish.

Good Road Ciderworks - Grove de L'Orange
Style: Mead
ABV: 7.10%

This semi-sweet mead is crafted from orange blossom honey. Grove de L’Orange is medium-light in body and smooth. The aroma hints at the bright citrus notes of orange zest and blossoms with a delicate sweetness. The flavor is lightly sweet and well balanced by the slight citrus “zing” from the orange. This mead is a light, straw gold with amber glints when held to the light. This mead is summer in a glass.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Limbertwig Style: Cider ABV: 8.20% Fresh apple flavor provides the backbone for this single varietal cider, and a nuanced spiciness blends with tart cherry, lemon and gentle earthiness. A slight mineral quality provides layers of complexity.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Mills' Way Style: Cider ABV: 6.30% Initially pear, strawberry and light raspberry complement the apple flavor and aroma of this dry cider. Next the carbonation adds a bit of liveliness to brighten the impact. Then the flavor follows with a deceptively sweet juicy fruit gum profile. Finally the flavor trails off into pear and a mineral dryness in the finish

Good Road Ciderworks - New England Heritage Cider
Style: Cider
ABV: 7.40%

New England Heritage is a nod to both our founder's upbringing in Vermont and the true heritage (heirloom) apples grown in New Hampshire that comprise this cider. Our most complex blend of apples yet consists of 8 bittersweet apples(high tannin) and 5 'sharp' apples(high acidity). Containing apples with names such as Somerset Redstreak, Chisel Jersey, Ashton, Wickson, & Calville Blanc D'Hiver originally hailing from both England and France, this cider is apple forward, full of fruity tannins and underlying tropical notes. This is True Cider. Done Right.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Newtown Pippin Style: Cider ABV: 6.70% A dry, single varietal cider made from the Newtown Pippin; an apple made famous by Thomas Jefferson. This one showcases pineapple, tangerine, citrus, and some spiciness.

Good Road Ciderworks - North Meets South
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.60%

Juice pressed from Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, Rhode Island Greening and Yarlington Mill apples grown in New Hampshire at Poverty Lane Orchards were used to back-sweeten our North Carolina Stayman cider. This medium cider highlights fresh, fruity apple, notes of honeysuckle, pear and spice. Bright acidity and prickly carbonation dance on the tongue bringing a balance of sweet apple and tartness.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Raspberry Rue Style: Cider ABV: 6.25% The fourth in our series of fruited ciders leads us into the Spring season. Dark-rosé in color, this cider is raspberry forward with fruity sweetness and tart undertones. Floral notes and apples lead to a semi-dry finish. Rue is French for street or lane — come take another tasty walk with us as we enjoy the changing seasons.

Good Road Ciderworks - Rosé
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.70%

This cider is dry and lightly effervescent with a wonderful apple nose. In the background find the merest whisper of blueberry which also lends a hint of mauve to the drink's appearance. The flavor starts with bright apple and finishes with a zephyr hint of blueberry. The finish is bright and palate cleansing, begging to be paired with fish and seafood, and is clean enough to cut through heavier cream based dishes.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Sentier De Peche Style: Cider ABV: 5.10% French for Peach Pathway, this summer time cider delights with a world of aromas and flavors. A combination of apple, peach and citrus hits immediately. As the orange and tangerine fade slightly the peach seems to strengthen and linger on the palate. A great summertime sipper.

Good Road Ciderworks - Stayman Winesap
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.50%

A dry, single varietal cider made with Stayman Winesap apples grown at Perry Lowe Orchards in Taylorsville, NC. Bright apple notes mingle along with aroma and taste characteristics similar to a Sauvignon Blanc wine: pear, grass and a slight minerality. Although a crisp acidity helps lend a wine-like character, this is not a cider just for wine-lovers — it’s a cider to be enjoyed by all.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Stride Style: Mead ABV: 6.20% A semi-dry wildflower honey mead in the “hydromel” alcohol range. Medium-light in body and delivering a bouquet of floral notes in the flavor and aroma reminiscent of a spring day. An excellent mead to pair with lighter fare or to cut through a heavier meal.

Good Road Ciderworks - Thoroughfare
Style: Cider
ABV: 5.50%

Thoroughfare: a road or path forming a route between two places. In this case those places are Dry and Sweet for this Medium cider. First the aroma of apples with a hint of sweetness rises from the glass. Next, notice the golden hue as the substantial legs catch the light leaving light amber reflections on every surface. Then savor the pleasing flavor interplay of unmistakable apple, apple skin, pear notes, and fruity sweetness. Also notice the medium-full almost toothsome body. Finally take in all of these characteristics to enjoy this fine cider that traverses the path between dry and sweet.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Ty's Blend Style: Cider ABV: 6.70% This cider is a tribute to our orchard grower, Ty Lowe of Perry Lowe Orchards in Taylorsville. Ty is a super guy who is very passionate about his apple orchard. The blend of apples he chose provides fruity apple upfront along with a lemony citrus component. Tart berries and a floral aspect round out this delicious drink.

	Good Road Ciderworks - Waymaker Style: Cider ABV: 6.70% Merriam-Webster defines a 'waymaker' as one that makes a road. This is a cider infused with freshly grated ginger and is a tribute to Brian's wife. She allowed him to embark on the journey of starting a cidery as long as there was a ginger cider at the end of the road. Cheers to her for all of her support through this crazy and fun ride.
