3 Golden Hairs is a clean, crisp, hoppy Pilsner. Brewed in the Czech style this beer features a malty pilsner aroma and flavor. It’s perfectly balanced with the floral hoppy character of Saaz hops. It is a very blonde, clear, effervescent lager. We have chosen to use the floral, spicy Saaz hops over German hops as ths beer is always refreshing.

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse - Battle Berry

Battle Berry Wheat is a refreshing beer perfect after a run or workout. This beer pours with a slight purple haze due to the wheat and the aronia berries. A soft easy drinking beer with a very unique berry and tart favor that blends well with the wheat. Defnitely crushable and perfect for a post afternoon run, or on your favorite patio.

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse - Biere de Grimm
Style: Biere de Garde
ABV: 5.60% IBU: 21.0

A traditional artisanal farmhouse ale, Bière de Garde was originally brewed to quench the thirst of farm and field workers near Nord-Pas de Calais (French Flanders) close to the Belgian border. Historically, it was brewed in early Spring and kept in cold cellars for consumption in warmer weather. The name literally means “beer for keeping” but it is now brewed year-round. The style was kept alive by a handful of brewers in small farms and villages in France after WWI and WWII and has made a slow comeback in the latter half of the 20th century. Hints of caramel with a malty sweetness, faint hop and ester aromas.

	Grimm Brothers Brewhouse - Blood Orange Griffin Style: Hefeweizen ABV: 5.00% IBU: 5.0 The magical combination of wheat, barley, and a special yeast makes this unfiltered wheat beer a quaff of lore. The Weizen yeast produces spicy citrus, clove, and pepper notes unique in the beer kingdom; now combine this with the sweet citrus of the blood orange and the rareness shines through with complexity.

Like a mythical dragon summoned with powerful magic, Dragon Bloom IPA is an example of our dynamic ability to use an array of hops. Crafted in small batches, this IPA is meant to be consumed quickly. Once upon a time in the land of Bavaria, a darkness fell upon the beer in the town of Munich. But have no fear – this darkness was born of a toasted malt that produces a bready chocolate flavor. This full-bodied brew is now known as a Munich Dunkel. Our dunkel is made with just enough hoppy bitterness to scare away any overt sweetness. Then it is carefully lagered to produce a cleaness that no one will shudder at.

Just like the story of Aschenputtel (Cinderella), Midnight Strikes is an unexpected favorite, even if you’ve never had a Schwarzbier. Sometimes referred to as a “black pilsner” this beer is rarely that dark and doesn’t have strong roasted or porter-like flavors. Midnight Strikes keeps with German tradition and is balanced throughout combining subtle, smooth roast malt flavors with hints of caramel.

Royal Elixir was originally brewed for our Fruhlingsfest as a beer to showcase springtime in Colorado. The pinkish mauve color of Royal Elixir draws you in close enough to get a hint of dark fruit and sweet malt notes. The sweet-tartness of the boysenberry compliments the malty sweetness balanced out by the wheat to bring the fresh taste of summer into your glass.

Once upon a time German beer was only deemed pure if it contained the four orthodox ingredients of brewing: water, barley, hops, and yeast. During this time, an ale known as Kottbusser was outlawed because it contained oats, honey, and molasses. Over the centuries since its prohibition, Kottbusser became a lost brewing style. At Grimm Brothers, we’ve resurrected this refreshing ale with a kiss of hops. You don’t need a magic mirror to know that Snowdrop is the fairest in the land. Recommended by dwarves everywhere!

Aroma: A so but assertive lemon like sourness with hints of wheat and yeast. Flavor: Lactic forward lingering into the finish. Easy drinking with a so wheat malt flavor.

The Dude Abides is Grimm Brothers Brewhouse's homage to a modern fairy tale, familiar to many. This White Russian Stout is brewed using medium roast Tanzanian coffee beans from Colorado Coffee Company in Loveland, Colorado, as well as a touch of lactose for a creamy mouthfeel and a subtle sweetness that doesn't overpower. We think this well-rounded beer really ties the room together, and we hope you think so, too! Cheers!

	Grimm Brothers Brewhouse - The Raven Style: Porter ABV: 6.00% IBU: 35.0 The Raven is a Baltic Porter, which unlike other styles of porters, is a lager. In this beer, you get the roasty dark chocolate and deep malty, bread crusty flavors of a Porter paired with the clean finish of a lager. The body is medium to full with a smooth mouth feel.
