Groundswell Brewing Co. - Brown
Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 5.20% IBU: 22.0

Groundswell has a 3.5 barrel brew system with three 3.5-barrel fermenters and one 6-barrel fermenter. Loosely translated, we brew about three times a week, and it’s all out in the open. Despite the name, there is no ocean view from Mission Valley, but we think the view of the brew system is a thing of beauty. We have six beers on tap and will be expanding to six more just as soon as we sell off that oceanfront land in Arizona. We’re not yet clever enough to give our beers fancy names, if you have ideas, we have ears.

	Groundswell Brewing Co. - Hubba Hubba Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.30% IBU: 86.0 Our biggest West Coast IPA is huge on flavor and aroma. Generously dry hopped with more than one pound of hops per barrel, Hubba Hubba is balanced by a substantial increase in grain but is not overly sweet or boozy. It is smooth, easy to drink with notes of tropical and citrus fruit in both aroma and flavor.

Groundswell Brewing Co. - Mocha Milk Stout
Style: Milk Stout
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 35.0

A nutty, medium bodied stout that is brewed with two-row malt, cocoa nibs, and local cold brew coffee, it is not overly heavy or overly sweet. With hints of chocolate and coffee bitterness this is an easy drinking, full-flavored stout. While we consider it seasonal, it is available nearly year round due to high demand.

This American Brown Ale is brewed with Mexican Piloncillo sugar in the boil that results in notes of brown sugar. A full bodied ale, the sweet is balanced withtraditional English hops such as East Kent Golding to add bitterness. Not as heavy as a stout, Piloncillo is the perfect brown ale for San Diego cuisine and climate.

Groundswell Brewing Co. - Tropical Hefeweizen
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.40%

A traditional hefeweizen with San Diego flair, Tropical Hefeweizen is brewed with wheat and dry-hopped with copious amounts of New Zealand and Australian hops, providing notes of peach, apricot, pineapple, and other tropical fruits. The fruity flavor is balanced by the banana and clove esters imparted by traditional hefeweizen yeast. This beer is a tropical vacation in a glass.

Groundswell Brewing Co. - Undulation
Style: White IPA
ABV: 6.10% IBU: 45.0

Made to be a refreshing, easy drinking beer, Undulation is brewed with wheat to impart a pale white color and a lightly sweet flavor. It is dry hopped with Citra and Wakatu hops, which provide a burst of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and other citrus fruits in the aroma and flavor. A hybrid wheat and West Coast IPA, is light and crisp, yet full flavored, hoppy, and refreshing.
