Hahn Family Wines - Cabernet Sauvignon
Style: Cabernet Sauvignon
ABV: 14.50%

The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon grow in outstanding vineyards planted throughout Monterey County. We age this Cabernet in French oak (60% new). Inviting red cherry and currant jam aromas complement notes of vanilla and caramel. Chewy tannins frame bright cherry and berry flavors that carry through the long, smooth finish.

Hahn Family Wines - GSM
Style: Red Wine Blend
ABV: 14.50%

Our Hahn GSM takes its inspiration from the Rhone Valley of southern France where Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are some of the most popular grape types grown. Each of the three grape types blended into this wine adds distinctive aromas and flavors. Grenache contributes raspberry, strawberry and cherry flavors, while Syrah lends color, tannins and hints of blueberry and black pepper.

Hahn Family Wines - Pinot Gris
Style: Pinot Gris
ABV: 14.10%

Once harvest is complete, we ferment the grapes in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This cool and neutral method of fermentation preserves delicate floral and stone fruit aromas and contributes to a bright finish. Enjoy notes of peach, tart pear and banana, along with a silky mouthfeel and crisp acidity. Flavors of Meyer lemon and green apple complement the finish.

	Hahn Family Wines - Pinot Noir Style: Pinot Noir ABV: 14.50% This wine’s bouquet charms with scents of red cherry, ripe strawberry, cola, and spice. On the palate a soft mouthfeel complements flavors of wild plum and black cherry. Supple tannins and a dash of acidity culminate in a beautifully balanced, clean finish.
