Pours a brilliant golden color like summer sunshine in your hand. Hop aroma wafts from the glass before your lips make contact for the first sip, enticing you with a sense of what is to come. The hop flavor is smooth and pleasant, with a subdued bitterness and a nice green grassy character underscored by notes of tropical fruit. The beer finishes dry and smooth, fading cleanly on the palate.

Ale of the Imp is the perfect craft beer for the hop head! It has an herbal hop flavor with a bright, citrusy character, and light toasted malt backbone. With just under 100 IBUs, Ale of the Imp, has an aggressive hop bitterness that lingers on the palate. Lingers. This is a medium-full bodied beer with high carbonation and a dry finish.

The Huell Melon hops create a delightfully fruity aroma with a citrus kick that helps showcase the mild sweetness of the delicious Barlett pears without overpowering its flavor. The duvel yeast used – commonly called Pear Yeast – adds the final touch to the Myles Perry. This easy drinking ale sits at a surprising 6.5% ABV and is the perfect way to enjoy the warm summer months.

	Hermitage Brewing - Ophion Style: Sour ABV: 11.60% This golden, strong, farmhouse sour packs a punch. We dry hopped and fermented it in our virgin oak foeder for 6 months. Our house wild yeast layers in fresh notes of juicy pineapple, grapefruit and tropical fruit with a slightly tart and sour finish.

Hermitage Brewing - Single Hop: Idaho 7
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 70.0

Idaho 7 is a relatively new variety from Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, ID. Growers notes describe flavors of pungent tropical fruit and citrus with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea. We thought that was pretty accurate in our beer, but also got hints of herbs de provence and juniper on the nose, with a sweetness around the mid pallet reminiscent of pink starburst.

	Hermitage Brewing - Sour Cherry Sour Style: Sour ABV: 6.50% Sour Cherry Sour is the latest offering out of the Hermit's Barrel Cellar. The beer is blended from more than 30 American wine barrels that lived in the cellar from six months to two and a half years. More than 5,000 pounds of sour cherries were sacrificed in the making of this delicious brew, about three pounds per gallon.

Hermitage Brewing - Wild Blackberry Sour
Style: Sour
ABV: 6.50%

Our Wild Blackberry American Sour pours a lovely deep purple with a pinkish foam stand, with a slight haze that lets enough light through to beautifully illuminate your glass. Aromas of oak, vanilla, light smoke, and dark fruits remind you of long aging in oak. The blackberries are noticeable on the nose but not overpowering, hinting at a jammy sweetness. The finish is fast and very dry, leaving your taste buds as aggressively as it arrived.
