Hoops Brewing - No. 37 Rink Rat Ale

We are partnering with the Duluth Area Hockey Association (DAHA), our local managers of youth hockey. They named this beer with the 37 outdoor rinks in Duluth that have existed over the years. Unique in America, Duluth's outdoor rink hockey culture is all volunteer and allows for more kids to play and keeps the costs down. The kids will begin play in mid-January. We will donate a portion of all sales to youth hockey. Lemondrop hops provide citrus, mint and melon notes throughout and the pilsener malt adds a light crisp body that finishes dry. the caramel malt helps to sweeten the beer a bit. It's a light beer and an easy drinker. Let's hope the kids can play and we can get to the other side of this tough time.

	Hoops Brewing - No. 704 Apple Ale Style: Apple Ale ABV: 5.70% IBU: 12.0 This year we received apples from Erickson's Orchard in Bayfield, WI. This is the first time using these apples in about 10 years. A very nice sweetness in the fruit harvest.The flavor is slightly sweet/tart with some apple character. Our fall seasonal beer to bookmark Oktoberfest Wiesn.

	Hoops Brewing - No. 89 Hell Ale Style: Blonde Ale ABV: 5.10% IBU: 19.0 Hell is a German style light ale. Hell, simply means light, bright or pale in German. This golden almost white in color beer is like a much simpler blonde ale with a cleaner crisper flavor profile. Light Pilsner malt flavors and subtle hop notes is pretty much it on the flavor with huge drinkability.
