	Hop Dogma Brewing Co. - Alpha Dankapotamus Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 7.10% IBU: 80.0 This ultra hoppy IPA features massive amounts of resinous whole-cone 07270 hops. Unlike traditional IPA's, all hop additions are added before and after the boil with mash and hopback additions. This provides a unique bitterness and loads of flavor and aroma.

A quick soured dark ale with over 35lbs of cherries added to the fermenter! We pitch more lacto into the tank after kettle souring and inject fresh wort periodically to keep them going strong. The result is pretty awesome if we don't say so ourselves! At 8.3%, it's a formidable sour and we think the best we've ever made.
