ATMOSPHERIC Pale Ale is kinda like white grape juice with a super soft, pillowy finish. Unique in it's own right, and so incredibly delicious. A great showcase of Nelson hops.

After long days packaging beer and heading up our cellar operations, Paul usually likes to head home and hurl bocce balls in his backyard. BOCCE BACKSPIN IPA is his ode to summer, and he packed a borderline unhealthy amount of Citra, Azacca, and HBC 586 (a new experimental hop for us) into this IPA for your enjoyment. This is Mango and Juicyfruit from start to finish, on top of a big, soft body. One of our fav IPAs of late.

It was just like any other gloomy night in this gloomy city, when SHE knocked on my door. I knew she was trouble from the moment she walked into my office, but I couldn't help myself. There was something different about her sob story. She actually puilled on my heart strings, like a mythical harpist plucking an enchanting tune. What a dummy I am. I couldn't say no. I did her bidding and surely I'll pay for my SINS SO SWEET. We conditioned this stout on 7 pounds per barrel of cookies from Honey Bear Bakeshop. Fifty percent cinnamon roll cookies and fifty percent french toast cookies. It has a slightly more subdued sweetness than killing moon, but is packed to the brim with flavor. Sweet cinnamon, aromatic maple syrup and a robust dark malt roast character are the stars here.

Cam Schulz opened HopFly over four years ago as a one man show. In the tiny brewery in Rocky Mount, NC, he was brewing and serving every drop of beer by himself. While his magnetic personality didn't hurt, it was truly his insistence upon quality over everything else that drew in customers and future staff alike. Schulz is known to throw on the groovy rhythms of Khruangbin when he's having a good time at home or in the taproom, and this beer does their smooth sound justice. This creamy DIPA drinks like a Reisling mixed with clementine juice topped with a citrus twist. Cheers to the guy who has been giving us Great Beer, Always!

We went with Citra and Vic Secret in the whirlpool, a little more Vic in the first dry hop, then bombed the second with Vic. This beer smells like you're walking up to a tropical fruit stand and the body really hides the ABV.

	Hopfly Brewing Co. - Unfiltered Style: Belgian Witbier ABV: 5.50% UNFILTERED is our interpretation of a traditional Belgian style witbier. The grist consists of a healthy dose of wheat finished off with oats and pilsner. This beer has a nice medium body, cloudy appearance, and is dangerously drinkable. We added a tad bit of orange peel and coriander to this to bump up the aroma just a bit more.
