Hops and Grain Brewing - A Pale Mosaic
Style: American IPA
ABV: 5.90% IBU: 45.0

The beer begins with a base of German Pale Ale and Vienna malts, and is brewed for a light, crisp malt body. We use Oregon grown hops for bittering, targeting 45 IBU’s, and follow that up with a hefty whirlpool addition. Finally we dry-hop with Mosaic, Citra and Nugget to deliver a beer that is clean and complex with notes of pine resin, grapefruit pith and blueberries.

Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.60% IBU: 70.0

The Greenhouse has always been a breeding ground for the brewery. Spawned from our 3 bbl pilot system, the Greenhouse India Pale Ale series is our ode to the expressive usage of hops! Every month we release around 300 cases and with each we change the hop varieties that we use for dry-hopping in order to give you a different aroma and flavor experience. Austin, TX.

Hops and Grain Brewing - Haze County
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.20% IBU: 65.0

Haze County is our first year round double IPA! There are many different ways to approach a double IPA, but we chose to take the simple route: lots of hops. A mix of multiple Yakima Valley hops delivers a complex blend of tropical fruit, stone fruit and just a hint of earthy dankness. This delivers an experience that can only be found in the deliberate and expressive usage of hops.

	Hops and Grain Brewing - Pellets and Powder Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 45.0 Pellets and Powder IPA is our deeper exploration of hops and hop processing, showcasing the advancement of hops by utilizing pelletized hops, along side Cryo hops, aka Lupulin powder. The end result is soft, rounded juiciness with hints of stone fruit, orange juice and a touch of dank.

Hops and Grain Brewing - Porter Culture
Style: Baltic Porter
ABV: 6.60% IBU: 35.0

PORTER CULTURE is a Baltic Porter that starts with a base of Pilsner and Munich malts and we layer in chocolate wheat and de-bittered black malt to provide flavor of coffee, dark chocolate, raisins and just a hint of roast. Appropriately hopped to provide a crisp bitterness in the finish and fermented with our house lager yeast to provide a neutral yeast profile that stays out of the way and lets the malts take center stage.

Hops and Grain Brewing - River Beer
Style: Lager
ABV: 5.20% IBU: 20.0

River Beer is our take on a classic style, Premium American Lager. We blend high quality German malt, fresh hops and the finest lager yeast to create a beer of extra fine quality and superb drinkability. In the glass, the beer is crystal clear, crystal clean and pairs well with 5 more. Light and bready malt character blends with a slight noble hop aroma that leads into a delightfully crisp and clean finish.

Hops and Grain Brewing - The One They Call Zoe
Style: Pale Lager
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 18.0

Zoe is brewed in a mildly traditional manner, very similar to many of the German lagers of the old world but dry-hopped to add an extra layer of complexity. This beer is based on pale and Vienna malts, constantly delivering floral and citrus dry-hop aromatics with every sip. With notes of lightly toasted bread, floral hops and an incredibly smooth finish we hope that Zoe is everything that you've been searching for.
