This central highway of Colorado allows us to explore from north to south, and we’re happy to name our latest Single Hop Pale Ale for it. The scent and taste is reflective of their subtle, floral, gentle lemony- berry fruit character. If the beer hangs around long enough to warm up a few minutes, more of this floral character becomes apparent and a slight bite on the finish.

A formidable addition of mandarin orange puree rounds out the flavor with both sweet and tart notes ending with a balanced and enjoyable Sunday brunch starter.

The copper-colored brew starts with caramel and toffee aromas, but even on the nose a hint of citrus and pine advocates for the hops coming your way. Sweet and clean malt flavors continue into the beer’s flavor. The smooth beer boasts a medium body with carbonation that highlights its balanced, prominent hop profile. Sweet crystal malt character and some residual resiny/zesty bitterness courtesy of Bravo and Chinook hops finishes the flavor profile.

This traditional top fermented ale has some unique Fort Kölnz character while holding true to its roots. A grainy sweet aroma holds well with a slight citrus derived from the moderate hopping. Dry and clean on the palate bitterness is present but not overpowering. Extended cellaring is evident in the clean crisp finish and despite a very pale straw color and light body our ale has great depth and complexity.

At first sniff, the sweetness of the aroma is slight, but as this beer warms, that sweetness becomes much more prominent. ineapple, and a hint of juniper - suggest a sweet beer. The hop combo that gives it those aromas (Azacca, Citra) does provide some fruitiness to the flavor, but also give us that welcome cleansing bite and slight residual bitterness. Big hop character, lighter body, dries out well - it’s a really drinkable IPA, despite its hefty ABV. Olwyn is the Welsh wore for “white footprint” and this logo’s colors match those of the Welsh flag.

A Berlinerweisse with an extra shot of tart! Like a traditional Berlinerweisse, this beer is effervescent and slightly sour from the work of a dose of lactobacillus added before the boil. The addition of rhubarb in the fermenters further puckers and freshens the taste and dries out the finish substantially. You'll sense the malt bill on the nose and retro-nasally after you sip, but the sip itself is all tart.

A refreshing bright and balanced IPA Titus planned this brew to be heavy handed with late addition hops including MandarinaBavaria, Centenial, Citra, and Amarillo in the hop back. Bitterness is relatively low and allows the balance of malt to present itself in unison to citrusy and floral hop character. A lack of heavy IBU’s allows for a lighter body and less fatigue on the palate making it very drinkable.
