We wanna drink! We wanna drink and brew something that's easy to drink but also has a decent turn around time that's faster for small breweries like us that want to make beers like this that usually take 8 weeks or so to produce but do it in a much shorter time frame but taste just as good! Phew, that was a mouthful. Just like what you're gonna do to this beer.
