Indeed Brewing - Derailed: Cranberry Milk Stout
Style: Milk Stout
ABV: 5.35% IBU: 25.0

The Imperial Stout base for Rum King, we need to break up each boil into two separate mashes due to the amount of grain needed to make it high gravity. There's still a lot of sugar left in the mash. Instead of dumping it down the drain, we decided to save a few barrels worth and create something new. We thought some tartness would be fun, but instead of doing a kettle sour, we used cranberries.

	Indeed Brewing - Derailed: Lucy Style: Session Ale ABV: 4.20% IBU: 27.0 This sessionable Pale Ale was kettle soured with Lactobacillus providing it with a palatable tartness. Afterwords it was boiled like normal with the addition of Calypso and Citra hops as well as a healthy amount of Lemongrass. Post boil it was fermented with the Belgian Yeast strain "Forbidden Fruit."
