	Infinite Ale Works - Apeiron Style: Imperial IPA ABV: 6.70% Apeiron has an abundance of hops and the IBU’s are prominent; but we do not use the traditional hops which portray a heavy pine type character but prefer hopping with types that provide the IBU’s but not the harsh character that is normally attributed to Imperial type IPA’s.

A light, mild blonde ale brewed with locally sourced cane syrup and treated with dried lime and mint.This beer is a collaboration with our friend Rondo Fernandez, founder/owner of the Mojo's restaurant chain & founder of the charity organization, Feed The Need Of Marion County (a subsidiary of Ocala Outreach Foundation, 501c3). We collaborated on this recipe to create a Cuban Mojito inspired ale, in recognition of Rondo's Cuban heritage and a major influence in his restaurants. Proceeds from the first batch benefit A Brew To Feed The Need, a fundraiser for Feed The Need Of Marion County.

Infinite’s Imperial Coffee Stout is big, bold, and surprisingly balanced. With its extremely dark appearance, most are initially nervous to taste. A rich coffee aroma eases the fear, and is followed by flavors of rich dark malts, mild chocolate notes, and the contributing blend of coffee flavors. This is an extremely complex beer brewed with numerous malts and loads of hops to ‘tame’ the rich malt character. Smell, Taste, Enjoy!

Style: Belgian Quadruple
ABV: 10.50%

Infinite Ale Works West Floridian Quad follows tradition by being a dark crimson ale that pours with a nice lingering head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dark fruits, such as plums, raisins and figs. The flavor follows the aroma with a very mild bitterness that complements the rich dark fruit character. It has a medium body a slight creamy character and finished with some residual sweetness.

West Floridian Christmas is the holiday-spiced version of Infinite Ale Works’s staple quadruple, West Floridian. The Christmas version of West Floridian exhibits aromas and flavors of a traditional Belgian quadruple – dark fruits and rich malts – then it meets the holiday nostalgia of cranberry, clove, star anise, allspice, cinnamon, and vanilla. It’s like Christmas Day when the beer arrives and like a winter’s night when it’s gone. This 10.5% ABV sipper is primed for fireside chats, holiday get-togethers, and Christmas parties.
