Style: Wheat
ABV: 5.70%

This draft only unfiltered American Wheat beer brims with orange and honey goodness. The citrus aromas jump from the glass and are closely followed by the strawlike grain notes and just a hint of yeast-driven spice. The creamy mouthfeel is lifted by crisp carbonation, which delivers a satisfying and refreshing finish. A great beer to pair with a meal.

	Insight Brewing - Doe Eyes Style: Saison ABV: 7.50% IBU: 35.0 With more than 7,500 pounds of cherries per batch (a pound per pint!), this brew is meant to signify the annual harvest of Door County's famous cherry crop. The aroma is reminiscent of cherry pie, which leads to flavors of tart and sweet cherries, light in body and effervescent in finish.

Insight Brewing - Don't Feed The Splendid Moose
Style: New England Pale
ABV: 5.50%

Our Northeast Pale Ale is brewed with Pale and Pilsner malt, along with a copious amount of Citra hops that give a super hazy and juicy color to the beer. Bright oranges fall on the nose with a smooth, citrus flavor on the palate. If you close your eyes, you just might think this beer was juiced rather than brewed.

ABV: 4.70% IBU: 12.0

Brewed with 100% malted barley and traditional German lager yeast, this beer is Insight’s take on a traditional German-style lager. With an aroma that pops with a rich character of lightly toasted bread, only three malts were used to find balance and complexity. A creamy white head of foam rests on top of the bold, golden beer, brewed with just enough hops to keep the flavor balanced, yet distinguished.

So many hops. Multiple whirlpool additions plus two dry hop additions bring this beer to a new level of hop expression. We collaborated with our water to produce a canvas which gives this beer its noticeable softness and juiciness. Multiple flaked grains provide the perfect haze in balance with this beers robust English base malt.
