As dark as the name implies, Dark Days is one formidable Imperial Stout. This beer is so dark, that not even light can escape its cold, frothy embrace. And it’s probably the reason why so many people are caught off guard by how smooth and velvety it is. So it’s no surprise that it has the uncanny ability to turn even the most devout light beer drinker to the dark side. Since we believe that it’s not enough to just brew the stuff, we age it in barrels until it reaches the maxim of decadence and smoothness.

When starting an uprising, two is always better than one. Or so I’ve been told. And after you try Dubbel Fisted, you’ll find out the reason for its namesake. While peering into a glass of the deep amber colored brew you’re holding in your drinking hand, you’ll realize that you probably want one in your open hand too. Rich chocolate, caramel, and plum notes are almost too tempting for words.

	Iron Fist Brewing Co. - Nelson the Impaler Style: Extra Pale Ale ABV: 5.00% Very light in color due to the use of almost exclusively Pilsner malt, intense grapefruit and hints of pineapple and mango make it surprisingly big on flavor with a refreshing, dry finish.

We decided to make NELSON THE IMPALER using only the exceedingly rare and delicious Nelson Sauvin hops, grown exclusively in Nelson, New Zealand. Why? Because we can. For this edition we have added Blood Orange. Very light in color due to the use of almost exclusively Pilsner malt, intense grapefruit and hints of pineapple and mango make it surprisingly big on flavor with a refreshing, dry finish.

The number one obstacle for blondes wishing to go rouge is figuring out which side they’re currently on. I suppose our Renegade Blonde is no exception. It’s an ale. Believe me I checked… But when it’s young, it has a crisp, malty flavor with a refreshingly bitter finish, not unlike a lager. With age, it develops a mild, fruity character, like an ale.

Iron Fist Brewing Co. - Uprising
Style: Triple IPA
ABV: 12.00% IBU: 75.0

We brewed a huge Belgian style Trippel and hopped the (expletive deleted) out of it. Being the counterculturalists that we are, we decisively chose to use the finest imported European hops we could get our hands on rather than the ubiquitous West Coast style varieties. We even threw in some varieties so new they still have that new hop smell. A robust malt character helps balance this truly one-of-a-kind brew.
