A face-melting 120 IBU’s quickly follows, however this extreme bitterness only compliments the bold and unique flavor packed into this outcast of an ale. We then age the finished beer in Whiskey barrels for a minimum of 3 months. What comes out is on of the most unique barrel aged beers you will ever have, with massive amounts of caramel, vanilla, oak and Whiskey notes.

Boot Hill Killer is a Coffee Stout aged in Both Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels for a minimum of six months. We then blend all the barrels to get a highly complex yet extremely drinkable barrel aged beer. The sweetness of the Bourbon barrels is augmented perfectly by the dryness of the Rye. The coffee adds that extra kick....Enjoy fresh or any time before you're 6 feet under!

We brewed this fierce Imperial Porter for the sole purpose of barrel aging. The porter its self is packed full of rich flavors of chocolate, biscut and caramel. We then age this monter in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for a minimum of one year. Thats right......at least a whole YEAR! The outcome is the most intensly flavored Bourbon Barrel aged Porter around!

Outlaws! We are proud to announce the release of the Grape Escape IPA for San Diego Beer Week. It is a collaboration brew we did with Figueroa Mountain Brewing! Its an IPA, surprise!, brewed with wine must from Santa Barbara and our very own Robert Renzoni Winery here in Temecula. Tons of fruit flavors from the hops and grapes combine with a low malt profile. Its dry like wine and comes in at 6.5% abv! Grab some while you can!
