A collaboration beer with Coalition Brewing in Portland, Oregon, this beer is a blend of three ideas: We designed a session IPA, blended in massive amounts of pineapple, coconut, and fruit zest (from a Coalition recipe), and dry hopped it using our Sawatch IPA schedule. It’s a tropical session IPA with a big hop aroma that will have you high fiving your buddies over a pint!

Our personal bid for summer to continue for just a bit longer, we brewed up a beer with elements of our favorite parts of each season: The gorgeous red color reflects the changing colors of fall, along with rye malt that just seems to compliment crisp fall evenings. In an effort to not let go of summer just yet, we gave this beer a healthy hopping and fermented with a bright and fruity saison yeast! The result is a wonderfully complex beer that defies categorization just like a long fall with tons of warm summer-like days!

The beer is an American Wheat Ale brewed with puffed jasmine rice from Asia and 110 pounds of Montmorency Cherry juice concentrate-- the equivalent of 325 pounds of fresh cherries! The jasmine rice gives the beer a light spiciness that will complement the sweet cherries very nicely. The beer will pour a hazy light pink color reminiscent of cherry blossoms.

This Beer Really Ties the Room Together is a blonde white Russian/milk stout. Oats and lactose give it a nice smooth and cream-like mouthfeel. The addition of Ozo’s Organic Sumatra Queen Ketiara whole-bean coffee lends huge chocolate and vanilla notes, while subtle chocolate bitterness comes from the addition of Ethereal Confection’s Dominican Republic Cacao Nibs.

A deceptive beer! Don’t think the dark color means this beer is heavy or has strong roasted flavors: Quite the opposite, this brew greets you with a complex citrusy, spicy and floral aroma. The flavor is filled with orange zest and sweet bready malt characters that are balanced by light hoppy bitterness and slight tartness from the classic Belgian yeast.
