Style: Farmhouse Ale

All Eyez Banh Mi was brewed in collaboration with our good friends from LA based, Monkish Brewing Company. This Sour Saison was brewed to pay homage to Henry’s Vietnamese heritage and one of our favorite sandwiches, the banh mi. Including additions of Baguettes, Carrots, Daikon, Jalapeños, Cilantro, Sea Salt, Peppercorn, and Black Lava Salt. This beer barely came to fruition after nearly decommissioning Monkish’s brew system by clogging all wort ways. Like anything in life, you learn from your mistakes and we brewed this recipe Jolly Style! You can expect aromas of jalapeño, pepper, cilantro, and earthy daikon. Tastes of jalapeño, spice, black pepper, carrot sweetness and Jolly Pumpkin tartness.

Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales - Bam Biere
Style: Saison
ABV: 4.50%

This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast.

	Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales - Bam Noire Style: Saison ABV: 4.30% One of Bam's brown eyes is, in fact, black. When mischief reigns supreme, it positively glows. Dedicated to the dark side; smooth, dark, incredibly delicious as only a Jack Russell with bat wings can be.

Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales - Bamarillo
Style: Farmhouse Ale
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 24.0

Bamarillo uses the same grist bill as Bam Bière, but with half the amount of Crystal and Cascade hops. Amarillo hops were added in place for their rich, tropical fruit qualities. Bamarillo was aged in an oak foeder for three months, and in the final month of aging, pineapple puree was added to accentuate the hops fruity characteristics. Before packaging, Bamarillo was dry hopped with both Crystal and Amarillo hops. A fruity, dry, and drinkable ale.

	Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales - Calabaza Blanca Style: Wild Ale ABV: 4.80% Aged in large oak casks and refermented in the bottle, Calabaza Blanca is brewed in the Belgian Biere Blanche tradition. Spiced with orange peel and coriander, you’ll find it refreshingly tart, with a wonderfully dry finish.

Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales - Citrus Commander

ABV: 7.70% IBU: 27.0

Citrus Commander was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas. We attempted to gather all the citrus in Texas... but we failed! However, the kind folks at Jester King were nice enough to bring with them a plethora of foraged Texas citrus including; Satsumas, Tangerines, Sour Oranges, Lemons, and Grapefruit. Add to that some Michigan Chestnuts, let it mature in oak for nearly a year, and what you are left with is a complex, citrus commanded, Sour Citrus Chestnut Saison. Notes of sweet citrus, chestnut, cola, caramelized brown sugar, and Jolly Pumpkin funk.

	Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales - Clementina Style: wild fruit sassion ABV: 5.50% IBU: 13.0 Rich yellow gold color. Highly effervescent. Citrus and bready wheat aroma. Tart and refreshing with notes of citrus, and in particular, clementine in the finish.

These blends are the continuation of our Last Gypsy Blender series with Chef Celina Tio. Forgotten Tales of the Last Gypsy Blender Series II, Volume I incorporates grains of beech and cherry smoked malts, 3 different hops, preserved lemons, lime peel, bourbon smoked sugar and Kiawe smoked sea salt. Three batches of separate sizes were brewed and placed in our oak foeders for eight, thirteen, and fifteen months.

Losing Our Ledges is a hazy sour IPA that's brilliantly hazy yellow in appearance with a luscious billowing head. Tastes of sour Jolly Pumpkin funk, ripe citrus, grapefruit pith, and spicy notes strike first before fading to a delightfully dry and spicy finish. This saison was brewed with raw sugar, green lentils, sweet and bitter orange peel, and a funky homemade curry spice blend (cumin, ginger, mustard seed, peppercorns, coriander, and fenugreek), giving each and every sip its own unique complexities! Aromas of brown sugar, oak, and funk in the nose. Tastes of oak, maple syrup, and just a hint of spices pairs well with the subtle funk, and light tartness.

Saison S is the 5th beer in Ron Jeffries non-alphabetic “Letters” series. This saison matured in oak for nearly a year before being packaged. Time did wonders for this beer, and if time equals money then this beer is gold! Aromas of Brett, oak, and hints of pineapple fill the nose. Tastes of tropical fruit, mango, and light oaky chardonnay notes pair perfectly with its light body, slight dryness and moderate acidity.

A hefty portion of rye malt gives Turbo Bam an underlying spice that allows the coriander and Szechuan peppercorns to build upon. The normal Bam Biere hopping regime of cascade and crystal hops are accentuated with the inclusion of amarillo hops and lemon peel, to put Turbo Bam into high gear with blasts of lemon, pineapple and mango.
