Style: Rye Stout
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 60.0

Our 3rd Pink Floyd release highlights their 1977 album that found the band at their darkest & most bitter. Loosely inspired by George Orwell’s Animal Farm, the lyrics classify all humans as either a dog, pig or sheep. We took inspiration from two of our animals, Bear Paw and Boxer, to create this dark, bitter, spicy and hoppy stout.

Joyride Brewing Co. - Black Razz
Style: Blonde
ABV: 5.63% IBU: 19.0

Black Razz is in your face with fruit flavor and aroma. This beer takes our brewmaster back to summers spent in Northern Wisconsin when he’d pick wild blackberries and raspberries with his grandparents. We used roughly 300 lbs of fruit puree with the mix being about 57% blackberry. This “blonde” pours a beautiful purple/pink color and has a faint fruit tartness on the back end. It’s berry good!

Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 35.0

The Colorado Cougar Pale Ale is based off one of our original beers, Medcalfe Pale and Crystal malt from Root Shoot provide biscuity and toasty flavors with some slight sweet caramel, while Cascade and Chinook hops from High Wire Hop Farm add orange, grapefruit, and pine. Our house Inland Island yeast strain finishes clean, resulting in a very balanced American Pale Ale.

Style: Scottish Export Ale
ABV: 4.80% IBU: 20.0

You'll want to sing about this Scottish Export Ale. Two types of crystal malt and a dash of chocolate malt provide ample bready, biscuity, and caramel character with more subtle flavors of apricot, fruit leather, plum, brown sugar, and cocoa. A classic Scottish yeast finishes clean and keeps the focus on the malt, while English hops add just a touch of earthiness. When you're alone and life is getting you lonely, Ye kin always go, Ach! Doontoon!

Calling all Hop Heads, this beer is for you! We used three pounds of hops per barrel to give our Double IPA an aggressive and delicious hop profile. We used 4 different types of American and German malts, but the hops are definitely the star here. We did 7 different additions of Simcoe and Citra hops to layer piney, citrus, tropical fruit and melon flavors into this dangerously drinkable ale.

	Joyride Brewing Co. - Edgewater IPA Style: American IPA ABV: 7.00% IBU: 70.0 Edgewater IPA is a west coast style IPA that bursts out of the glass. We use obscene amounts of Apollo and Chinook with a touch of Amarillo hops to layer citrus, piney, resiny and floral characteristics across your pallet. The hop explosion and dry finish make this extremely drinkable and enjoyable.

Buckle up your seatbelts and get ready for a wild ride, because the Fluff Capacitor hits like a lightning bolt with juicy goodness. Mosaic, Strata, and Amarillo provide ample candied peach, mandarin orange, grapefruit rind, and pineapple flavors that are delicious on all sides of the space-time continuum, while a silky smooth and fluffy mouthfeel may very well lead you to exclaim “Great Scott”

General Zara-Gosé is named after Ignacio Zaragoza, who led Mexican forces to victory over the French in Battle of Puebla, which is celebrated every Cinco de Mayo. This German style Gosé was kettle soured for 48 hours, brewed with pink Himalayan sea salt, and fermented with limes and agave syrup. It's tart, it's salty, it's citrusy, it's refreshing, it's delicious.

Joyride Brewing Co. - Ice Cutter

As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style. It’s very smooth and drinkable like a lager, but has a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor and a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.

Joyride Brewing Co. - Scarecrow Pumpkin Ale
Style: Pumpkin Beer
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 29.0

Our Autumn seasonal. We used English Marris Otter with a touch of rye and caramel malt to create the malt base that reminds of pie crust, then added in Willamette and Kent Golding hops. To add the spice component, we used ground Saigon Cassia cinnamon, organic ground Peruvian Ginger, ground Grenada nutmeg, ground Jamaican allspice berries, organic Madagascar vanilla beans and pureed pumpkin. The result is a balanced and drinkable spiced ale. Have some before winter comes, and don’t anger the Scarecrow!

	Joyride Brewing Co. - Slap N' Prickle Style: Sour Fruited ABV: 5.00% IBU: 15.0 A bio-engineered strain of Saccharomyces that produces lactic acid provides a light tart slap before prickly pear purée lends watermelon, guava, and papaya flavors. Finally, a light dry hop with Mosaic contributes some mango to the mix.

Joyride Brewing Co. - Tetto Pils
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.40% IBU: 40.0

Our first new release of the decade is a dry hopped pilsner in the Italian tradition. Tetto was brewed primarily with Southern Passion, a South African hop, which has floral characteristics like a German hop, but has light passionfruit and melon flavors as well. We chose a malt that has grown near the Adriatic Sea near Venice to highlight the terrior of the region and stay traditional to this emerging style.
