	Lion Bridge Brewing Co. - Collapse of the Multiverse Style: Belgian Pale Ale ABV: 6.20% Our house saison yeast and a pilsener malt base provide the backbone for this brew, but it is the copious amounts of dry-hopped Nelson Sauvin hops that give an intense aroma of tropical fruits and a tannic dry body reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc.

Lion's Bridge Brewery out of Cedar Rapids Iowa brings us a nitro version of their famous Disaster at the Meux Porter. Brewed to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Great Porter Flood of 1814 that occurred in London at the Meux Brewery. Biscuity, brown malt character and a bit of chocolate and coffee make this a nice, quaffable brew. Gold Medal at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival.

	Lion Bridge Brewing Co. - Imperial Small Beer Style: Winter Warmer ABV: 5.00% Leftovers never tasted so good! In brewing our Barrel-Aged January Winter Warmer, we had a lot of extra barley sugar water (wort in brewing terms). We put this in a separate tank, fermented it, and, at bout twice the alcohol content for the style, what resulted was a nice, big, little beer.

Cranberry tartness on the nose with a slight heat from the ginger and alcohol content. Munich malt and Belgian esters meld nicely with the dryness of intriguing brew.

By using a hop with the green plant material removed we are only dry-hopping a concentrated version of the aromatic oils found in Eukanot and Mosaic. Resinous and tropical; potent yet graceful.

	Lion Bridge Brewing Co. - These Boots Were Made For Hoppin' (PBS 2019) Style: New England IPA ABV: 7.00% A special blend from YCH Hops for the Pink Boots Society, consisting of a well-rounded mix of Pacific Northwestern hop varieties, including Loral, Mosaic, Simcoe, Sabro, and Glacier. The combination creates a high aroma hop blend that contributes citrus, earthy and fruity aromas.

Aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon and Rye Barrels, our take on a historic style of high alcohol Mild Ales. While it seems like a contradiction in terms, the XXXX Mild was a beer that existed in 1830 England before taxes dragged down alcohol levels in beer. Our XXXX is an homage to our world-class Compensation Mild and barrel-aged to make it just right.
