Loon Juice - Bird Barrel
Style: Cider
ABV: 7.00%

This reserve honeycrisp cider was aged in neutral wine barrels. Throughout the aging process, the cider picked up subtle hints of vanilla, brown sugar, and baking spices. Upon finalizing the blend, we decided to add a pinch of cinnamon to compliment the apple and barrel aromatics, which were already reminiscent of a home-cooked apple pie. This is an easy-drinking, harvest season cider.
