DEATH TO KETTLE SOUR Just kidding, we love this stuff. Raspberry Sour pours deep garnet red with a slight pink head. Raspberry juiciness and light citrus dominate the aroma. Refreshing and bright to the last drop, this sour ale exhibits balance and grace between its tart roots as a kettle sour, and residual sweetness from real fruit added to the fermentation.

A traditional and highly crushable German style Kolsch. Brewed with all local Root Shoot Pilsner and light Munich malts, German Hallertauer hops, and fresh Apricot puree and natural flavoring. This crisp ale-lager hybrid lends floral and earthy notes of fresh cut grass and stone fruit, with a balanced finish. We can't wait for Spring!
