The first sour in our new ‘Star Nose’ sour series! All of these sours will come from the same base sour that gives off a solid, tart base that is very light and easy drinking. Less dense and smoother than most sours, we aim to make these as sessionable as possible! The ABV will change each time based off of the added fruit, but will always land at an approachable 4.8-5.5%. This first sour was brewed with 132lbs of cherries to give it a light red hue and cherry flavor throughout.
