This is the Goldilocks of IPAs. It’s not too bitter, not too sweet, and not too dry. It’s just right. It’s Double Half-Life, and we released it to celebrate our one-year anniversary. As the name implies, it has all the same characteristics of Half-Life, but more. It’s juicier, hazier, a little higher on the IBU, and definitely higher on the ABV at 8%. And yes, it is just as crushable.

Style: New England IPA
ABV: 6.20% IBU: 33.0

Half-Life is always a crowd favorite for both craft beer aficionados and those new to the beer scene. It is an unfiltered Northeast inspired IPA with an aroma that is interesting without being overpowering. Upon first sip, you will immediately pick up on the citrus characteristics. Soon to follow will be stone fruit and pine. But this is not a bitter IPA, friends. It is perfectly balanced with a focus on the delicious aroma. Half-Life finishes with a subtle and wheaty breadiness. It’s so perfectly light and crisp that it would be an amazing session beer if it weren’t for the 6% ABV, so sip and enjoy.

Manhattan Project Beer Co. - Hoppenheimer
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.40%

This beer was created for the IPA lovers out there. It is a perfectly balanced West Coast American IPA with huge dank hop aroma. At first sniff, you will detect pine, resin, and delicious citrus. Once you finally steal a sip, you will discover that Hoppenheimer has just enough malt and subtle caramel to keep the IPA characteristics in balance. It has medium body and carbonation.

Manhattan Project Beer Co. - NECESSARY EVIL
Style: Pilsner - German
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 30.0

We set out to create a Pilsner that we would drink. The beer needed to be slightly complex with a bit of our signature style while avoiding everything we dislike about most Pils. Our version of a Pilsner is dry, crisp, and has a hint of hop character. The floral aspects of the hops, not the bitter, so please make sure that H word is never mentioned to your light beer friends. If you get real nerdy during your tastings, you will also pick up on herbal qualities. Like all Pilsners, ours is light in body and color.

	Manhattan Project Beer Co. - Peacekeeper Style: Blonde Ale ABV: 5.20% Neutral and complex at the same time. You will find notes of guava and a little stone fruit, but it is not syrupy sweet like some blondes. Just a hint with a crisp and dry finish.

	Manhattan Project Beer Co. - Red Gate Style: Amber Lager ABV: 5.40% Red Gate, our Amber Lager, has a rich toasted bread character and notes of light caramel. It is a beautiful red color with a lovely dry and crisp finish. It is made for bbq and sports (watching or playing) and transitions easily from summer to fall and back again
