Matchbook sources the fruit for their Matchbook Cabernet from the famed Lake County appellation, blending in Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah to create a classic California Cab with aromas of cocoa nibs, vanilla and boysenberry. This wine evolves in the glass with rich flavors of chocolate beans, blackberries and blueberries, finishing off with silky, well-integrated tannins.

Style: Chardonnay

This Estate Bottled Chardonnay is a showcase for the Dunnigan Hills terroir, with lush, full, rich tropical characters. This golden straw-colored Chardonnay has aromas of Crème Brulee, pineapple and macaroons. Flavors of creamy butter are mellowed by tropical mango and ripe melon. While it’s rich in the palate, this Dunnigan Hills Chardonnay displays beautiful structure with a lively, lingering finish.

	Matchbook - Dunnigan Hills Style: Chardonnay ABV: 13.90% We like to use an assortment of French, Hungarian and American oak and only 22% new to avoid over-oaking. This wine was further enhanced by blending in 8% Graciano and 8% Petit Verdot to give it depth and improve structure.

Matchbook - Dunnigan Hills Tempranillo
Style: Red Wine Blend
ABV: 13.90%

The dark ruby color in the glass opens to aromas of black cherry, cigar box and dried fruit. While maintaining the traditional flavors of earth, leather and spice, the 2014 Matchbook Tempranillo bears its California upbringing with rich flavors of coffee and mocha that mingle with fresh cranberries, rhubarb and a hint of vanilla on the finish.

	Matchbook - Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon Style: Red Wine ABV: 13.90% The wine opens with classic Cabernet aromas of chocolate, tobacco, violets and leather. Plush flavors of blackberry, black cherry and mocha are backed with sweet oak and vanilla. The juicy texture is mouth filling and mingles with the fine, dusty tannins in the finish.

Matchbook - Rose of Tempranillo

Matchbook Rosé is an estate-bottled blend of three clones of Tempranillo enriched by small percentages of Rosés of Malbec, Syrah and Tannat —all grown on our Matchbook Vineyard. Beautiful aromas of peaches and cream with a hint of strawberry, melon and freshly sliced cantaloupe. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with flavors of peach and cola. The finish is mouth-wateringly long with a hint of tangerine.

	Matchbook - Tinto Rey Style: Rosé ABV: 13.50% The 2017 Tinto Rey Rosé is a beautiful rose petal pink color with alluring aromas of perfume, watermelon and white nectarine that just beg you to take a sip. Fresh stone fruit flavors on the palate are balanced by crisp acidity. Pleasing flavors of white peach and Rainier cherry lead to a delightfully long finish with just a hint of peach pit.
