Our famous Northwest Hazy IPA is easy drinking and All fluffed up with Citra, El Dorado & Vic Secret hops! It pours like fresh-squeezed orange juice while the aroma of ripe papaya, strawberry and pineapple float like a cloud out of the glass. Fluffy mango, orange & passionfruit hit the pallet softly, as if landing on a pillow top bed. Hazy IPAs continue to be all the rage, but we think they’re just fluff. This hazy IPA is All Fluff!

	Matchless Brewing - Citra Enigma Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 40.0 The nose is bright and tropical leading to aromas of starfruit and fresh citrus. The palate is full and presents as a hop smoothie with notes of honeydew, cantaloupe, and mango brought fourth by the Citra and Enigma hops. The beer finishes clean with a very subtle bittering to balance all of the fruit character.

Matchless Brewing - Czech Engine Light
Style: Czech Lager
ABV: 4.00% IBU: 25.0

Engine maintenance is very important. Maintaining a proper balance of Czech Saaz & Kazbek hops and Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt is equally important. Czech Engine Light is an old world lager with modern sensibilities, spicy, herbal hop character, a bready malt body and a citrusy lemon-like finish. Style: Alt Bier
ABV: 5.20%

What better way to try something new, than trying something old? Utilizing one of the oldest hop varieties in the world, Spalt, we have made a classic Dusseldorf-style Alt Bier showcasing Weyermann Pilsner & Caramunich 1 malts with Simpson’s Munich and Carafa Special 1 and hopped with Magnum and Spalter Select. This malty beauty displays notes of cherry, light chocolate and a touch of toasted breadiness. Próst!

Style: Fresh Hop IPA
ABV: 6.40% IBU: 30.0

We doubled down on CLS Farms fresh hops for this one with fresh Citra in the brew kettle and fresh El Dorado for the dry-hop. And thus the freshest, fluffiest & haziest IPA in all the land, is born. Every single hop in Fresh Fluff was picked fresh off the bines and brought back to the brewery to be put in the beer within hours. So many fresh hops were harmed in the making of this beer, there oughta be a law.

It's beer o' clock! Time for a liquid lunch! This bevvie is loaded with exclusively Topaz and Vic Secret hops from Australia! Pilsner malt and Juice rack off and let notes of pineapple, peach and citrus shine. So the next time yer down at the pub with your mates and it's your shout, don't be a brown mullet! Grab a few middy's, schooners, pints or shoot even a jug or two of this Juicy Australian hopped grog!

Matchless Brewing - Hop Shindig
Style: Winter Ale
ABV: 7.50%

This "Celebratory" IPA is an ode to one of our favorite holiday ales but with a more hop-focused leaning. Look for complex layers of citrus and pine with an almost fresh hop finish and a minimal malt background just substantial enough to remind you of the snowy-cabin-in-the-woods season. Don't save your celebration for later: start your shindig now!

Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.10%

El Dorado and CTZ! We took a chance on the pine-resin bomb that was, at one time, craft beers favorite IPA hop, CTZ. And took it in a more pleasant direction with the addition of large amounts of Eldorado's watermelon and pineapple candy. Add a small amount of wheat and rye for mouthfeel and texture and what we have here is a West Coast IPA for the future; hazy or clear, bitter or balanced, not everything has to have one purpose...

	Matchless Brewing - Special Dark Style: Lager ABV: 5.50% IBU: 40.0 Like a Schwarzbier/Baltic Porter mash up. A crisp body and firm bitterness meets rich roasty, chocolate and toast flavors with a hint of oak smoke and a dry finish. What old time dark lagers must have tasted like.

	Matchless Brewing - Triplecicle Style: Triple IPA ABV: 10.50% IBU: 55.0 Triplecicle is 3 IPAs in one! Heavily dry-hopped with citrus-forward Citra, Comet and Chinook hops went into this, as well as whole Madagascar vanilla beans, and finished with citrus terpenes to make a rich and orange-creamy finish. If you’re a fan of Creamcicles, you know what we’re talking about.
