Modern Brewery - After Dark
Style: Dark Lager
ABV: 5.50%

Munich Style Dark Lager. This is the kind of beer that us brewers get REALLY EXCITED & DREAM ABOUT. Made w/ (almost) All German Ingredients. German Malt. German Yeast. German Hops (plus some EKG's for a hint of spice). German Water Profile. Basically, It's From Germany, (But it's not -- It's Made Right HERE!). Smooth, Rich, & Complex: The Nose is Dominated by hints of Nuts, Toasted Bread, Toffee, & a Touch of Dark Chocolate. Ours is Unfiltered (Like the Kickass Dark Lagers in Germany that aren't shipped our way -- And #LageredCOLD for at least 6 weeks) which really pushes that "bready / yeasty" richness. Perfectly malt balanced and drinkable for these chilly months.

Modern Brewery - All Black
Style: Black IPA
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 50.0

We use all New Zealand hops in this one (Pacific Jade, Kohatu, and Wakatu), which provides a nice pine and citrus (lemon, lime) balance to the chocolatey roasty malts on the nose and flavor. Because Black IPA is sort of a style misnomer (though prevalent in the market place), All Black could also be considered close in style to a “Hoppy Porter” or “Cascadian Dark Ale.”

Modern Brewery - Arkham's Finest
Style: Stout
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 50.0

Arkham’s Finest is “one smooth talkin’ sex machine”. This collaboration includes our favorite purveyors of coffee and chocolate, Kuva Coffee Roasters and Rick Jordan Chocolatier. The feature flavor notes include the depth from the entire chocolate spectrum (from creamy to dark to bittersweet), and earthy coffee roastiness.

Modern Brewery - Citropolis -- NITRO
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 70.0

This Citra hopped IPA borrows characteristics from other American Craft Beer styles including, APA (drinkability) and Double IPA (aroma). We blend Pale, Munich, and Wheat malts to give a bright golden color, and utilize a hard working American yeast strain to fully express the exploding citrus characteristics of the Citra hop variety. Expect lots of citrus zest and pineapple on the nose.

	Modern Brewery - Clandestine Style: Belgian Brown ABV: 7.00% IBU: 22.0 In Clandestine, you will sense flavors and aromas of figs, raisins, spice and light banana, along with brown sugar, toffee, molasses, cocoa, and fudge. Despite the dark brown color, Clandestine is remarkably drinkable, has a light to medium body, and is dry yet savory.

Modern Brewery - Oops! All Strata
Style: New England IPA

Single Hopped, New England Style / Hazy IPA. Aggressively Crushed with Strata Hops in the Kettle, Whirlpool, and all THREE Dry Hops. In addition, we threw in some @Crosby Strata HOP HASH to the Whirlpool to BEEF UP the flavor and aroma, and dosed this delectable morsel with pure Strata Hop Terpenes from Oast House Oils upon transferring to our packaging tank. Tasting Notes: Dankness abound, with distinct Strawberry Fruitiness / Ganja Hybrid (Think Strawberry Diesel / Strawberry Kush...). Passionfruit and Citrus undertones, with an assertive, but pleasant and smooth bitterness to round it all out.

Similar to Galaxy, but with a lighter profile.

This is a New England Style Oat Cream IPA featuring a BIG TIME addition of Galaxy, Enigma & Vic Secret hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. We through in LOTS of Flaked and Golden Naked oats, along with a touch of Milk Sugar for a creamy, sweet mouthfeel that pairs perfectly with these BIG, ASSERTIVE, HIGH ALPHA, Australian hop additions that pack a major punch.
