Monkey Paw - 11 Barrel IPA
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 77.0

A little bit of light caramel malt to balance the hop intensity makes this beer dangerously drinkable. It pours light gold with an off white head and smells of tangerine and honeydew melon with a tinge of dark fruit on the backend. The aroma carries over to the flavor with more fresh tangerine, melon and a clean malt profile.It is light-medium bodied with a moderate crisp carbonation and slight if noticeable alcohol.

	Monkey Paw - 16th and F Creamiscle Style: Ale ABV: 5.50% Inspired by the 50/50 ice cream bar, we infused all natural citrus zest and vanilla into this hoppy pub ale. A touch of lactose and nitro carbination provide a hint of sweetness and body to round out this refreshing and incredibly unique beer without making it too sweet or candy-like. It actually tastes like a pale ale.

Monkey Paw - Bonobos
Style: IPA
ABV: 7.90%

This is no IPA. This is a San Diego Pale Ale. How did we get here? Easy! Take out the the sweet caramel malt backbone and intense bittering of classic IPAs and replace them with a light biscuity malt profile and intense flavor and aroma hop additions. We then dry hop the bejesus out of it and get it out as fresh as possible. Be careful, this 7.9% ABV beer drinks like a pale ale and thats how we like it in America's Finest Beer City.

Golden Handshake is a cheesecake inspired golden ale, lightly kettle tarted with a heavy dose of oats and lactose. This beer will be infused with lemon, vanilla, honey and the lightest touch of cinnamon and served on nitro for a smooth creamy mouth feel... a perfect dessert beer to finish off a hardy South Park Steakbomb Sandich.

	Monkey Paw - Low and Slow Style: Lager ABV: 5.60% Smoke. That's what this beer is about. We love traditional German Rauchbier (Smoked Lager) but we also love to share our beer and welcome patrons into new styles. The use of American Cherrywood Smoke in our version creates a slightly sweeter smoke profile that is more like bacon than campfire.

Monkey Paw - Pineapple X-Press
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.20%

A bright and citrusy San Diego session beer regardless of the season. Not too bitter, not too big. The nose is decidedly grassy and tropical. The malt in this beer is not the showcase, but you will get a little hint of a honey sweetness that compliments the overall flavor of the beer. This beer is perfect for those days you want something easy to drink, or to balance out a spicy meal. A great hoppy lil session ale!

Style: Pale Ale

Aromas of ripe tropical fruit, apricot, orange peel and some bready malt. The aroma carries over to the flavor with more ripe fruit, citrus, pine resin and some biscuit malt. With the warmer weather we love having something that is deliciously hop forward, with a little less alcohol gusto so you could go about your day enjoying the sunshine, not asleep on your couch.

	Monkey Paw - Son of OPA Style: Oatmeal Blonde Ale ABV: 5.00% Dutch Kuyt with a honey-gold with a bright white head. Aromas of toasted oats, honey, bready malt and a slight floral hop character carry over into the flavor with more oats, a slight honey-like sweetness and orange blossom. It is light-medium bodied with a moderate, creamy carbonation and little to no noticeable alcohol.

Monkey Paw - Stumble South
Style: Saison
ABV: 5.20%

Travis Camacho from Drakes Brewing in San Leandro, ca was gracious enough to “stumble south” into San Diego for this collaboration that really pushes the envelope for this style of beer. While all of the traditional properties of a saison are present, things went a step further by adding both galaxy and nelson hops to the mix. The end result is a beer the gives off a tropical and bubble gum aroma while finishing dry and slightly earthy. This beer is definitely surprising and will have drinkers from all ends of the spectrum singing its praises.
