Inspired by the Grand Place in the city of Brussels and its hazy days (with a nod to the New England Haze Craze), this ale is brimming with a juicy, tropical and citrusy hop profile while delivering flavors of a classic Belgian Tripel. The blend of Belgian Pilsen malt, a fair amount of wheat and oats, and our classic Witbier yeast provide the base for this beauty, but the double dry hop with Citra, El Dorado, and Mandarina Bavaria takes it over the top!

	Monkless Belgian Ales - Peppercorn Imperial Wit Style: Ale ABV: 8.20% IBU: 30.0 P.I.W. is the big brother of our Shepplekofeggan Wit. We doubled the IBU's to balance the alcohol and used a myriad of spices, headlined by a four peppercorn blend, accented with fresh orange peel and coriander. The result is a big, yet light bodied Wit with citrus and pear aromas that finishes clean and peppery.

Style: Belgian Witbier
ABV: 5.40% IBU: 16.0

The hard-saying yet easy-drinking Shepplekofeggan was created as an ode to friendship. Pronounced “shêp-ul-kof-again”, it is named after four friends who love their lighter beers. This refreshing traditional Belgian Witbier is brewed with fresh orange zest and coriander. Packed full of fresh citrus flavor and balanced spice, “Shepp” just begs to be shared with friends, and is proof that not all Belgian-style beers have to be big in alcohol -- only big in flavor!

	Monkless Belgian Ales - The FNG Style: Belgian Dubbel ABV: 8.00% IBU: 25.0 When the F’n New Guy makes a mistake that turns into a happy accident, we name the beer after him. Belgian Candi Syrup and Westmalle abbey yeast working in harmony to delvier balanced malt, toffee, caramel, notes of clove and pepper with a truly clean finish.
