Brewed in collaboration with abc 10 for the 2017 California Craft Brewers Summit, this is a one-time brew that we're sad we won't be doing again. It is a hazy, juicy, Northeast-style IPA brewed with Citra and El Dorado hops and finished with orange zest. It looks like your morning OJ and is as easy-drinking as it too! Breakfast beer maybe? We think so!

Style: Imperial IPA

EDH is our signature Imperial IPA and crowd favorite! It is named after not only our location, El Dorado Hills, but also after the large amount of El Dorado hops we use in this beer. Also brewed with Citra and Eureka hops, this beer has nice bitterness with a touch of citrus. Certainly not a malt-driven IPA, we add just enough to make this beer nice and easy-drinking, especially for a big abv beer.

Green Collar Pale Ale is a collaboration beer brewed for the Oakland A’s home opener with Altamont Beer Works out of Livermore. It has a huge tropical and citrus aroma with bold flavors from the heavy amount of Citra, Mosaic, and Lemon Drop hops used. With a simple malt bill of 2-row, Pilsner, and Munich malt, this brew is clean and easy-drinking...perfect for a tailgate!

Mraz Brewing Co. - Keep Calm And Drag On

This delicious American Sour was a labor of love, hence the name Keep Calm and Drag On. We added over 30 gallons of dragon fruit to this beer, twenty ounces at a time. The end result was definitely worth the effort though! It channels delicious flavors of strawberry candy and is nicely tart and juicy. The perfectly pink color is the cherry on top!

Mraz Brewing Co. - Lemon Drop
Style: Saison
ABV: 6.80%

We started with our base Saison that uses French Saison yeast and a limited amount of wheat, unlike other Saisons. This keeps the beer light and easy-drinking. We use just one hop in the initial brew, Mandarina Bavaria, which compliments the citrus from the Lemondrop hops nicely. Then, we dry-hop with tons of Lemondrop hops. Citrus is balanced out by a touch of hop bitterness and a nice dry finish.

Brewed specifically to be enjoyed in this toasty summer weather, this seasonal IPA is as refreshing and easy-drinking as it looks. Paler in color and lower in bitterness than our other IPAs, but still full of tropical citrus flavor from the large amount of Mosaic and Centennial hops used. According to the brewers, Summer IPA pairs perfectly with beach parties and tacos...and who doesn't love that!

Style: Farmhouse Ale

The is an "Old World" style Saison made in the "New World", hence The Bridge. We have always loved the most traditional Saisons that have been brewed for more than 50 years, so we decided it was time for us to try our hand at it. We used an older style malt, a single hop variety, and most importantly a special yeast to create this delicious brew. It is beautifully balanced with a refreshing fruitiness and a nice, dry finish.

Mraz Brewing Co. - West Coast King
Style: Extra Pale Ale

This beer is the best of both worlds...a Pale Ale that is hopped like an IPA. West Coast King has a nice golden color with a zesty citrus aroma. It is hopped with Eureka, Citra, and El Dorado hops resulting in hints of grapefruit, mango, and pineapple. It is easy-drinking, super aromatic, and full of flavor, yet smooth on the finish without much lingering bitterness, so it keeps you coming back for more after each sip.

	Mraz Brewing Co. - Window of Opportunity Style: Belgian Tripel ABV: 8.50% This beer is as true-to-style as it gets. Beautifully light orange in color from the small amount of specialty malts, Window of Opportunity marries wonderful characteristics of malt and alcohol sweetness with a balancing touch of spice. For a higher alcohol beer, this ale finishes amazingly clean and dry.
