Nano 108 Brewing Co. - Barrel Aged Scarlett IPA
Style: Barrel-Aged IPA
ABV: 9.13% IBU: 76.0

We use Simcoe for bittering, Centennial for flavor, and Amarillo for aroma. The beer has pine, citrus, and fruit flavor and aroma during the beer drinking experience. We rested the beer in a 128.9 proof Booker Noe barrel for many months. When the beer came out it still had a real alcohol bite. We rested the beer for many more months to mellow the flavors and let the alcohol merge into the deep flavors you'll enjoy.

	Nano 108 Brewing Co. - Cascadian Dark Ale Style: Black Rye IPA ABV: 9.17% IBU: 81.0 (This nearly jet black American-style) IPA has high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma, balanced by a moderate degree of caramel, rye, and subdued coffee-like dark roasted malt. PNW Citra, Amarillo and lost of Cascade hops imbue juicy, fruity, floral and pine notes.

	Nano 108 Brewing Co. - Imperial IPA Style: Imperial IPA ABV: 8.17% IBU: 100.0 This hop bomb usues our house 2-row premium grain and is amplified with British Pale malts and Crystal malts for depth and interest. We used 6 different hops during 5 additions for a firm bitterness, lots of flavor and bright aroma.

Nano 108 Brewing Co. - Jamaican Rum Barrel Red Ale
Style: Red IPA
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 47.0

For depth and complexity we added a deep, rich malt backbone to hold up to the use of local Colorado hops. We used 33 pounds of locally grown Cascade wet hops to imbue juicy, fruity, floral and pine notes. Rested 2 months in a freshly emptied Rum barrel. Deep molasses, sugar cane, tannins, and barrel earthiness lead to a smooth and satisfying sip!

	Nano 108 Brewing Co. - Milk Stout - Nitro Style: Milk Stout ABV: 5.30% IBU: 31.2 Milk stout or sweet stout contains lactose, a sugar derived from milk. Because lactose cannot be fermented by beer yeast, it adds body and sweetness to the finished beer. This version is served by Nitro gas, and has a much smoother mouthfeel and a creamy and velvet smoothness

Nano 108 Brewing Co. - Nano 108 Resolution Ipa
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.70% IBU: 77.0

Our house 2-row premium grain is amplified with Crystal and Victory malt for depth and interest. We used 6 different hops during three additions for a firm bitterness, lots of flavor, and bright aroma. We then rest the beer on four different types of hops for flavor additions from each particular hop. After resting we believe the beer still has all those attributes, but now has started to develop a roundness that makes a really good IPA
