	Nectar Creek Mead - 3rd Anniversary: Sour Raspberry Style: Mead ABV: 8.50% What better way to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary than with raw honey and raspberries. This dry framboise was fermented with lactobacillus and raspberries and aged in French Oak barrels for 8 months. It's a wonderfully complex mixture of tart, sour, acidic and jammy tastes.
