First, we started with a nice malt foundation featuring UK Maris Otter, and then we added heaps of Citra Hops during the boil and whirlpool. We continued the Citra overload by adding Citra TWO separate times during fermentation. This beer is unfined and unfiltered! Come dream with us with our Citra Dream IPA.
