This special hop blend, consisting of Cashmere, Centennial, Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Simcoe, was hand-selected by a group of veteran-owned breweries from across the U.S. YCH is donating proceeds from the blend to the Semper Fi Fund.

New Groove Artisan Brewery - Pedal Tone
Style: Sour
ABV: 7.70%

Brewed in collaboration with RJ Rockers and Ciclops, this is a Spartanburg Craft Beer Week 2018 collaboration brew. A tart sour beer base, with a little bitterness for balance and tremendous citrus notes from the loads of C hops used. There's a bass note sustaining underneath all of us, resonating through the upstate craft beer community.

	New Groove Artisan Brewery - Sonata Con Legno Style: Marzen ABV: 6.70% IBU: 22.0 For the first Con Legno installment, we wanted a hearty malty base beer, so here's a delicious amber traditional German Marzen, dry and crisp with notes of caramel and toast, untraditionally fermented in an American Oak Foeder - which amplifies the vanilla and nutty characteristics.
