This hazy pale is a great spring drinker! With its pale straw yellow and strong white head the tropical fruit nose will blow you away like a sweet afternoon Delta breeze. Slightly dank with grapefruit bitterness; strawberry, stone fruit and mandarin sweetness round out the soft lingering finish thanks to generous dry hopping with Belma and Mosaic hops.

New Helvetia Brewing - Indomitable City
Style: Imperial IPA
ABV: 10.30% IBU: 85.0

Be careful, this is a beer that fights back. Unlike some other popular hoppy beers I can name, we’ll keep on brewing this as long as you keep drinking it. This face meltingly good IIPA keeps getting awesomer (made up words are the only way to describe it.) A light bodied malt bill gives a splendiferous backdrop for the ginormous hop profile (lots of Galena and Centennial) which gives it a phantasmagorical aroma and magniflorious fruity taste. With a strong fruity nose and a sizable dose of hops this double IPA will give your taste buds a thrashing and leave them wanting more.

	New Helvetia Brewing - Molly Style: American Red Ale ABV: 5.00% IBU: 23.0 This unique beer is the result of years of research and development, culminating in a light, full bodied beer with a deceptively complex flavor. Made with wheat for a soft mouth-feel. A hefty amount of crystal malts contribute a subtle sweetness and a mild, toasted flavor. Pours a beautiful copper color.

Style: Lager
ABV: 10.50% IBU: 55.0

Our Homeland Stout, but turned up to 11. More alcohol, more roasted malts, just more of everything, and all laid to rest in a handful of B.T. Bourbon Barrels to pick up more delicious flavors from the wood. Deep rich color, with a nose redolent of Bourbon and oak, this beer has a strong roasted malt and toffee character, with a huge mouthfeel and slight tannic finish.
