It's Hudson Valley Cider Week and we're pumped to be releasing our collaborative cider with Coffee Labs Roasters INC: Aida Batlle Cascara Cider! This unfiltered cider was made with a blend of Hudson Valley apples cofermented with cascara harvested by legendary coffee grower Aida Batlle. It was then dry hopped with Cascade hops from the Hudson Valley. This limited cider will be available on draft at participating restaurants.
