This delicious and complex cider has several different layers of flavor, the tannins of fermented cabernet sauvignon grapes, combine perfectly with the three different berry flavors. Not forgetting of course, the underlying freshness of fermented freshly pressed local apples. This Jam is just sweet and tasty enough to fill you with the urge to jump up and dance those crazy Spring nights away.

For this cider we ferment fresh pressed apple juice and then add the crisp flavor of pear juice with a touch of honey and fresh ginger. The sweet and aromatic blend of pears, apples and honey infused with a touch of ginger is the perfect cider for the cold of winter. Honey ginger syrup is a welcome addition to many winter cocktails and so why not use this cider to add that kick to your seasonal libation.
