When it heats up down in GA, we want a crusher we can drink by the pitcher but still has some classic hop character. Grain bill is all 2 Row. We then bitter with Amarillo, do a 20 minute addition of Centennial for citrus notes, then whirlpool with Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Amarillo for tripical and piney aroma. At a modest 4.8-5.0%, you can knock back a few pints to quench your thirst.
