Finally, this IPA is made so that the bittering wont linger too ling, so you can enjoy that next sip--just right, and IPA that’s hoppy, but balanced at the finish.

Oak Park Brewing Co. - OPB
Style: English Bitter
ABV: 5.40% IBU: 48.0

A "bolder" interpretation of the classic London-Style Extra Special Bitter (ESB), this ale features more maltiness, including toffee and nuttiness, perhaps not typical in this style. It is "dry-hopped" with Fuggle and Brambling Cross hops to balance the added sweetness with complex hop aroma. Although ESBs have a lot of bittering hops, a soft bittering is present in this interpretation - giving the expected initial "bite", without lingering on the tongue.

	Oak Park Brewing Co. - Salty Dog Coffee Coconut Porter Style: Porter ABV: 5.10% IBU: 35.0 This Coffee Coconut Porter uses our 35th Street Porter as a base and then we infuse it with local coffee and roasted coconut. This captures our idea of British Ales with a West Coast Edge. Darker, hoppier, and stronger than a traditional porter while still very drinkable.

Oak Park Brewing Co. - Steam Engine
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.70% IBU: 45.0

New England Style Hazy IPA brewed with Citra and Ella Hops. This beer has intense aromas of mango, papaya, and gooseberry with a velvety smooth mouth feel from copious amounts of flaked oats. Very well balanced. Most of these hops were added late in the process and during fermentation for maximum flavor and aroma, without too much bittering.

	Oak Park Brewing Co. - Steamphunk Style: Farmhouse Ale ABV: 5.60% IBU: 20.0 Slightly tart and wonderfully complex. This farmhouse ale has a delicious “funky” character brought in from the wild Brettanomyces, as well as a great cracked-pepper spiciness found in traditional Saison.
