	Oak and Dagger - Highfalutin: Gluten Free Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.20% IBU: 60.0 Old school IPA that happens to be Gluten free. Addition of sorghum imparts a slight nuttiness. The bright citrusy flavor comes from Jade and Ella hops.

	Oak and Dagger - Hop Around Style: Imperial Red Ale ABV: 9.10% IBU: 30.0 Imperial Red with complex caramel notes balancing this subtly high octane beer. Late addition Hops in the brew kettle along with dryhopping for biotransformation during the fermentation process round out this beer with an aromatic that makes for a bold but drinkable beer.

	Oak and Dagger - Irish Shine -- NITRO Style: Imperial Red Ale ABV: 9.30% Inspired by Irish Moonshine, called poteen, this Imperial Irish Red is made with 1 pound of potatoes per 1.5 gallons of beer. Served on nitro for a creamy, smooth finish.

	Oak and Dagger - Isaac Fruiton Sans Gluten Style: Sour ABV: 4.20% A Gluten-Free beer made from sorghum and a small addition of NC apple juice. The beer was quick soured in the kettle with lactobacilis and then finished in the fermenter with the juice and our house yeast.

	Oak and Dagger - Schwarzbierry Style: Schwarzbier ABV: 6.90% A traditional black lager with a flavor profile defined by the subtle earthy roast from its malt bill. In the great American tradition of transforming and reinventing styles, we felt blackberries sweet but soft flavor profile would be a perfect complement to this beer. We added 10 pounds of blackberries per barrel.
