The result is a beer that is dynamic and complex, with aromas of roasted malt, dark chocolate and toffee, and a smooth but full-bodied mouthfeel with subtle flavors of rye spice and vanilla.

Named after the color of Fool’s Gold, Brazzle Sour Golden Raspberry is aged in oak barrels with wild yeasts and 300 pounds of golden raspberries. Don’t be fooled by the bubbly light mouth-feel and delicate raspberry sweetness, there’s a subtle tartness that is not quite sour enough to make you pucker, but will prickle the back of your tongue, leaving a crisp and refreshing finish.

Light and refreshing, Easy Street Wheat is an unfiltered American-style wheat beer. Leaving in the yeast gives the beer a nice, smooth finish and a slightly citrusy flavor. Easy Street Wheat gets its name by brewers “taking it easy” and not filtering the beer. However, for ultimate enjoyment, we encourage you to work just a little harder in pouring it: pour 2/3 of the beer into a glass, swirl what’s left to stir up the yeast, then pour the rest and enjoy.

Native to Belgium, the birthplace of the Flanders-Style Sour Red Ale, the Flemish Giant dates back to the 16th century. Our Flemish Giant comes in at 6.5% and begins with notes of tart ruby red grapefruit and cherry, finishing with sweet raisin and fig. Woodcut toasted oak barrels, Bourbon barrels, rum barrels, and chardonnay barrels all contribute different layers and depth to the final beer.

Friek is an evolution, an imaginative amalgamation invented by our brewers. Multiple kriek Lambic style ales are fermented with wild yeast and tart cherries and then moved into oak barrels to age and sour taking on the cherry flavors. As the beer matures, framboises (raspberries) from Schroyer Family Farms in Fort Collins are handpicked and readied for the beer. The fresh raspberries are added immediately prior to the final blending. The sweet and tart flavors mingle on the tongue with a sparkling dry finish.

Odell Brewing Co. - Prop Culture
Style: Ale
ABV: 7.10% IBU: 27.0

We experimented with PROPagating different combinations of Belgian yeast CULTUREs and blending them in specific primary and secondary fermentations. We let the Saccharomyces cultures do the heavy lifting by converting the bulk of the wort sugars while the Brettanomyces cultures did the fine tuning to round out the flavor profile. The result of our experimentation led to PROP CULTURE, a project of 10+ yeast strains working together to create a fruit forward collage of flavors like pineapple, pear, mango, and banana balanced by a clove like spiciness.

He devoted endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and the beloved resin within – lupulin. Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry-hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish. A resurrected style from the Flemish region of Belgium, The Meddler oud bruin is a crafty concoction, comprised of several generations of brown ales, barrel aged and blended. Wild yeasts and Lactobacillus meddle with the brew for over 18 months creating complexity and depth of flavor. Hints of malty sweet chocolate and vanilla toy with a hauntingly sour finish. Intricate yet balanced.

Apricots are thought to be native of the Persian territory, where they were commonly referred to as a Zard-Alu. Apricots shine bright, while peach and pear-like flavors mingle in the background, as Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus create the tie that binds all the components. The end result is a complex ale that is playfully sour, light, and refreshing.
