Sabro, Bru-1, and Mosaic hops give this beer a great tropical flavor profile. Pineapple, lychee, and maybe a touch of coconut combined with a bit of earthy hop flavors. We switched up the grain bill a tad with more protein-rich malts. Oats, wheat, and spelt all add to the mouthfeel and general body of the beer without it getting malty-sweet.
