	Omnipollo - Bianca Blueberry Pineapple Mashmallow Style: Sour Fruited ABV: 6.00% For this iteration of Bianca we added buckets of blueberries and luscious pineapples and balanced it with milk sugar, rock salt and our marshmallow treatment. Soft, fluffy flavors with complex fruity notes all in one beer.

	Omnipollo - Fatamorgana Style: Imperial IPA ABV: 8.00% IBU: 100.0 Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

	Omnipollo - Hypnopompa Style: American Imperial Stout ABV: 11.00% IBU: 66.0 Hypnopompa is our imperial stout brewed with almost 100 kilos of marshmallows and Tahitian vanilla beans (the size of cigars). Low carbonation and boiled a bit extra for good measure, this is a beer strictly for the stout inclined.

	Omnipollo - Mackaper Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% A moderate, refreshing ale with noticeable hop aroma balanced by supporting malt flavors. Mellow citrus, fuzzy texture, and bright finish. Very well balanced.

	Omnipollo - Maz Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 5.60% IBU: 48.0 Mazarin is my take on a "thinker's beer". Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped ale of judicious ABV — an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will.

	Omnipollo - Selassie Style: Imperial Stout ABV: 11.00% Aromas of dark chocolate, roasted malt, roasted nuts, roasted coffee beans, vanilla, fudge, slight fruity notes. Taste is loads of rich dark chocolate with coffee notes and some fruitiness as well as a very nice balanced bitterness. Mouthfeel is creamy and luxurious with a full body and medium carbonation.

A mango s’mores IPA brewed with mango, vanilla, marshmallow fluff, graham crackers, rock salt, lactose sugar and an abundance of our favorite hops.
