Pearl Street Brewery - Breakfast Beer
Style: Cream Ale
ABV: 4.50%      IBU: 5.0

Previously released in 2015 as a draught-only offering, this rich and malty cream ale has been infused with freshly roasted coffee beans that were locally roasted by our friends down at Bean Juice Coffee here in La Crosse. Yakima Valley Perle and Willamette round out the hop profile, while it gets its great malt backbone from North American Pale Ale, Honey malts, and Steel Cut Oats.

Third Street in Downtown La Crosse is world famous. More bars on one street than anywhere else. Brewed with six malt varieties, its complex nutty flavor with roasted undertones comes at you with an uptown taste. Not to mention it’s hopped with both American and British hops. Voted most likely to be the life of the party, a night downtown almost always includes a DTB.

Pearl Street Brewery - Shitty Lyte Beer
Style: American Light Lager
ABV: 4.70%      IBU: 5.0

How did we take the traditional American Light Mega-Lager and make it better? Easy. We made it fresher. For starters, we use fresh local ingredients. Unlike the others, this isn’t pasteurized either. This allows the pure clean flavor to shine through. We use a single strain of clean lager yeast and cold ferment it. Good water helps too, and La Crosse has some of the best water in the best beer state in the country.

Currently on tap in 2 locations.
