People's Brewing Co. - Ardelle Christmas Ale 2015
Style: Winter Ale
ABV: 10.70% IBU: 20.0

Bier De Garde style ale (Farmhouse style originally brewed in Northern France) made with a blend of Bohemian Pilsner, Munich and Abbey malt. Hopped with Santium hops to balance the sweetness. This winter brew is a deep amber color with a malty flavor, hints of fruit, and slight sour character. Brewed in June and aged for six months to smooth the alcohol.

Boiler Black American Ale is brewed using ingredients researched by Purdue University and grown by local farmers. We are proud to support fermentation science and agriculture through these collaborations. A portion of the proceeds from this beer will directly benefit programs at Purdue. Boiler Black is a American Porter with an approachable roasted character for fans of a darker, full-flavored beer, and made primarily with malt from Sugar Creek Maltings and hops from Pines Farm hop farms in Tippecanoe County. Brewed with pale, chocolate, carafa, caramalt, aromatic, and lactose sugare resulting in a smooth malt character and thick creamy brown head. Dark fruit, raise or plum, with hints of roast and dark chocolate make up the flavor profile.

	People's Brewing Co. - Gourdon Pumpkin Ale Style: Pumpkin Beer ABV: 6.30% IBU: 20.0 Orange-hued Gourdon is made with 340 pounds of Indiana sweet pumpkins meat from 450 pumpkins harvested at County Line Orchard in Hobart. Hints of spice waft from People’s house blend of Nutmeg, Allspice, Cinnamon and Candied Ginger and a crisp finish is an Amarillo Hops showcase.

	People's Brewing Co. - Grabthar the War Hammer Style: Belgian Stout ABV: 8.00% IBU: 43.0 Made with Pale, Caramalt, Chocolate, and Black malts resulting in a dark brown color and gives this brew a rich malt character and aroma. Belgian Dark Candi Sugar and Clover Honey lend a unique sweetness. Santium hop gives a little balance and a noble spiciness, but almost no hop bitterness.

Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 88.0

American Style India Pale Ale. We used an American base malt with an addition of caramalt to give this now classic style a reddish hue. An aggressive use of Columbus and Centennial hops lend citrus flavors with notes of pine and grapefruit. People’s IPA is a hoppy, yet smooth American twist on the English IPA.

	People's Brewing Co. - Grisetta Stone Style: Siason ABV: 7.00% IBU: 20.0 Belgian style Grisette made with Bohemian Pilsner malt, Malted wheat, Acidulated malt, and a French Saison yeast. Refreshing clean character with slightly tart flavors and a straw color. Originally brewed for the miners of the Hainaut province, as an alternative to the Saisons, brewed for the farmers.

	People's Brewing Co. - Irish Rover Stout Style: Stout ABV: 6.50% IBU: 35.0 We used Irish Stout malt, Roasted malt, Chocolate malt, Aroma malt, and Flaked barley resulting in a smooth roasted character. We added a single addition of German Perle hops to give this black beer a slight bitterness. Roasted dry flavor and aroma makes for a traditional Irish Stout.

Style: Black IPA
ABV: 6.50%

American Style Black India Pale Ale. We used an American base malt, Caramalt, and dehusked CaraFa with an addition of cold steeped Black malt to give this IPA its black color. Falconer’s Flight and Columbus hop additions result in an aggressive hop character for a dark beer. The flavor of an IPA style ale meets with hints of roasted dark malts.

	People's Brewing Co. - Phantom Assassin IPA Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.20% IBU: 65.0 Brewed with American 2 row malt, 6 row malt, 22% Malted Wheat, and Flaked Barley, resulting in a light straw color. Galena and late Chinook hop additions result in an aggressive hop character, with a big nose. Sessionable IPA with grapefruit and tropical flavors, forward aromas, and light, but balanced body.

	People's Brewing Co. - Rhu the Barbarian Style: Belgian Tripel ABV: 8.00% IBU: 26.0 Brewed with Rhubarb... Pilsner malt, Abbey malt, and cane sugar give this ale a straw color. Hopped with Styrian Gold hops and an addition of Rhubarb lend a twist . Fermented with our Belgian Yeast Strain, at slightly higher fermentation temperatures, adds estery, alcoholic, and spicy character.

Style: Double India Pale Ale
ABV: 9.00% IBU: 96.0

American Style Double India Pale Ale with a huge citrus hop flavor. We used American base malt with a very small addition of Crystal malts to give this a light-golden hue. Additions of Summit, Galaxy, and 7C’s hops lend grapefruit flavors with hints of pine and pineapple. Space Cowboy IIPA is extremely hoppy and higher in alcohol than a typical IPA. This is a limited small batch release.
