We have taken our classic Porter recipe, added some appropriate “umph” in the already diverse roasted grain bill, and then finished on raw Vanilla Beans from Madagascar. The result is a full-bodied brew of dark color, with subtle sweetness noticed on the first approach while the calming Vanilla flavors ease the palate before the roasted notes fill out the flavor profile.
