After surviving the 2019 Bomb Cyclone at CBC, we needed to make homage with a super fluffy, low IBU hazy IPA. This white IPA has lots of white wheat and flaked oats, and over 5lbs per barrel of Belma and Strata hops, to give notes of young strawberry, lush melon, ripe passion fruit with very mild and refined bitterness on the backend. Soft, light, and fruit-forward from the hops.

The first of our "Serious Series" Combustible Pineapple is a double dry hopped, hazy Milkshake New England Style IPA brewed with three pounds per barrel of Amarillo, Citra, Idaho 7, Enigma, and about a pound and a half of pineapple per gallon. Huge notes of fresh pineapple (not ripe pineapple) with a backing of the vanilla and lactose to create a creamy, yet citrus and pineapple forward IPA.

This German style tart ale has 1000lbs of fresh blackberries, black currant puree, vanilla, cinnamon and milk sugar to transform Pontoon’s most popular Serious Series beer, Snozzberries, to a delicious pie substitute. Kettle soured with lactobacillus, this tart beer embodies the perfect dessert inspired sour. The berries are added during the secondary fermentation to create a juicy, yet tart, sour beer that is bursting with flavor.

We used a Belgian yeast with this style to give it subtle Belgian esters, then added strawberry and rhubarb to make a super crushable beer with hints of sweet strawberries.
