The Fourth in the COLOSSAL Anniversary series is appropriately a Belgian-Style Quad. COLOSSAL FOUR is dark caramel in color. It is rich in flavor without being overwhelming sweet or bitter. It is a malty brew made with a special dark candy date sugar. It has a slight roast flavor and shows complex, dark fruit flavors of raisins, dates and cooked apples all mixed with a bit of chocolate.

Port City Brewing Company - Downright Pilsner
Style: Czech Pilsner
ABV: 4.80%

This beer is a light gold in color and medium bodied with a soft round malt profile and crisp, spicy hop character on the finish.The lager is brewed in the traditional Pilsner style, using authentic Pilsner malt and noble Saaz hops. Our unique twist on this beer is the dry hop addition of Saaz hops. This additional infusion of hops gives the beer an extra refreshing bite on the finish.

	Port City Brewing Company - Ideaal Tripel Style: Belgian Ale ABV: 8.50% IBU: 35.0 From the Flemish term meaning “quintessential or exemplary”, Ideaal is a classic Belgian-style tripel. Honey gold with a thick cap of mousse-like foam, Ideaal Tripel’s deceptively dry body provides a perfect playground for spicy Belgian yeast character, marrying complexity and approachability.

	Port City Brewing Company - Integral Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 7.00% IBU: 60.0 Breathe deep: Integral IPA is all about big, complex aromas, coaxed from some of your favorite new school American hops. A refined, dry body serves as the golden-hued canvas for layers of hop character – think overripe pineapple, guava, and melon. You can thank HOPZOOKA and hop-bursting for that.

	Port City Brewing Company - Long Black Veil Style: Black IPA ABV: 6.80% IBU: 65.0 The Long Black Veil is jet black in color with a crema-like head. Port City uses generous amounts of dark malt for balance alongside the hop character. The complex flavor and textures lead to a satisfying and refreshing finish.

	Port City Brewing Company - Maniacal Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.50% Devised to be a super hoppy beer without being aggressively bitter. It is a hazy, deep orange in color with crazy bold hop flavors and aromas of exotic citrus and pine. It strikes an appealing balance between hops, sweet malt structure and warming alcohol.

Port City Brewing Company - Monumental IPA
Style: English IPA
ABV: 6.30% IBU: 57.0

Monumental® IPA is a rich copper color, and is intensely hoppy. We add a special blend of American hops throughout the brewing and fermentation process to create a complex combination of aroma and flavor. This ale exhibits floral notes, flavors of citrus and resin, combined with delicious caramel background notes. Our IPA's perfectly balanced style will keep the palate fresh and invite the drinker back into the glass.

Style: Marzen

Port City Oktoberfest is a traditional Märzen style lager, brewed with all German malts and hops. This beer is amber in color, with malty, gently sweet flavors of crusty bread, leading to a clean dry finish with a touch of noble hops. Our Oktoberfest is unfiltered and completely naturally carbonated, served in the 'keller' or 'Zwickel' style.

	Port City Brewing Company - Optimal Wit Style: Witbier ABV: 5.00% IBU: 15.0 Brewed with raw wheat and oats, and steeped with coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise. This ale is a pale golden color with a bit of cloudy haze from natural yeast in the bottle. This unfiltered ale offers layers of complex, nuanced flavors that evolve in the glass. It finishes crisp and refreshes the palate.

	Port City Brewing Company - Porter Style: Porter ABV: 7.50% IBU: 45.0 One of our earliest noted brews, our robust Porter remains a flagship brew for Port City. This beer shows bittersweet flavors of coffee and dark chocolate, with a very complex malt character enhanced by yeast fruitiness. It pours ink black with a rich, long lasting brown lace in the head.

Tidings Ale is a strong, spicy Belgian-style blonde ale brewed with Maryland wildflower honey and Virginia-grown wheat. These local ingredients store away the essence of summer to warm you during the cold winter months. Gently spiced with coriander, cardamom, fresh ginger, and grains of paradise, Tidings balances complexity and drinkability like few other beers can. Tidings is our winter seasonal.
