We didn't, but now we do and we're even more obsessed with our newest fruited tart ale featuring a boat load of hibiscus, passionfruit and dragon fruit. It's our ideal summer sipper, with the quenching tartness we love in agua de jamaica, balanced delicately with soft tropical fruits.

We whipped up a beer that might attract some INTERNATIONAL INTRIGUE. A 5.3 PERCENT Export Lager that pours crystal clear and golden with fluffy white foam. With the hop character of a German Pils and a stronger malt profile, it's a decidedly in-between lager that balances freshly baked baguette and toasted bread with the herbal noble hop touches of alpine flowers and earl grey tea. Highly carbed, well-weighed bitterness, and a hybrid nature that'll keep even the most seasoned spies searching for another sip.

This west coast ripper is KINDA AWESOME. Killer amounts of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Riwaka, and Motueka hops join with some Kohia Motueka Kief for a gnarly good combo. The smells comin' out the glass shred with big green papaya, mango, and lime zest. Flavors of passionfruit and orange sherbet grind on the palate through a dry body and just enough carb to land that final kickflip on the finish.

Yes it's another IPA. But to us, every IPA we make is special; unique; novel; LIKE NO OTHER. A medley of Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Cashmere, and Idaho 7 hops, this 7.2% brew is no exception. Pouring a clear, straw-yellow hue with tight, white foam, aromas of tangello and grapefruit pop off with slight hints of candied lime and mango. A true-to-form west coast bitterness underlies a grapefruit start and a subtle, dry strawberry and melon finish.

You want some tropical and floral aromas that scream guava, melon, pineapple, and citrus blossoms? Consider it done. I'll throw in some notes of piña colada like I brewed it in sandals. We finally got to try out Yakima Chief Hops' entry into the advanced hop product space with the first flowable, YCH Citra 702. We rounded out this &.3% West Coast IPA with Strata, Simcoe, and even more Citra Hops. Wonder aromas of Mango, papaya, and peach swirl past citrus-forward flavors of tangerine and grapefruit with just a hint of a piney finish.

This Bohemian-style pilsner walks SUCH A FINE LINE between malty and hoppy, with refined herbal & spicy notes from Saaz hops, and biscuity & doughy notes from floor-malted Czech Pils malt. There's a much rounder mouthfeel compared to our more hop focused and lean German-style pilsners, while still shining brightly with clean fermentation, high carbonation, and crispy crushability.
