Ratel Cider's newest cider "Bright" is a semi-dry, limited production premium craft cider with a broad appeal. Three apple varietals and one pear varietal with a very subtle hop addition. Much less hop forward than our flagship cider, Bright is incredibly clean and crisp with subtle pear notes. At 7.2% ABV, it is easy to drink and pairs exceptionally well with a wide spectrum of foods.

Ratel Cider - Dry-Hopped Cider

Our Premium Craft Dry-Hopped Cider is a blend of four different apple varietals. We spent three years fine-tuning the perfect cider. Unlike other ciders on the market, Ratel Cider is formented completely dry and then dry-hopped with a combination of floral and citrus hops. Like a maturing badger, as Ratel Cider ages it mellows and becomes even more complex taking on stronger citrus notes, the end product is a crisp, refreshing beverage.

Ratel Cider - Hopped Apricot Sour Cider

Our Premium Craft Hopped Apricot Cider is a blend of apple and apricot varietals fermented completely dry and then lightly hopped with a combination of floral and citrus hops. The end product is a very tart, refreshing beverage with notes of juicy Apricot and sour apricot skins. This limited production premium craft cider goes great with salty, spicy and savory foods.

Ratel Cider - Santa Pee

The ice caps are melting! Santa's toilet is on the naughty list this year, and with no plumbers for miles, Mr. Claus has been relieving himself on the Arctic caps this winter. Captured here are the potent glacial runoffs of the big man himself. Acidic, a slight puckering sour, and all-around magical.
